Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham whichalso includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas RotherhamCollege and Winterhill School.
Applications are invited for two Trust Sports CentreAssistants to support in the day to day running of the Trust Sports Facilities(including Oakwood High School and Thomas Rotherham College). Successfulcandidates will join us on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential tobecome permanent. Required days will typically be Monday, Tuesday, Friday andSaturday (typical shifts outlined within the job description available). Whilst the Trustwill make every effort to maintain a set working pattern, changes may benecessary to ensure service delivery and would be agreed with appropriatenotice. There will be opportunity for additional hours during our peak seasonfrom September β March.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, effective verbal & written communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage individuals. Candidates will ideally hold a gyminstructor/sport coaching or leisure industry qualification, have excellentinterpersonal skills, be punctual and able to follow HSE regulations. An up todate first aid qualification is desirable.
