About the role: The Student Services Assistant/SEND Administrator role is based at Thomas Rotherham College, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S60 2BE. 37 hours per week, term time (192 days). The successful Student Services Assistant/SEND Administrator will have the opportunity to be part of this, contributing to this culture and developing it further. Key duties: The successful Student Services Assistant/SEND Administrator will:

  • Undertake a split role combining front of house reception duties with key administrative support.
  • Facilitate the provision of Student Services to onsite learners.
  • Provide essential administrative assistance to both the Head of Learning Support and Safeguarding team.

About you: The successful Student Services Assistant/SEND Administrator should have:

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4 or better.
  • Experience of successfully working in an administrative, clerical or secretarial capacity in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
