About the role: The Teacher of Religious Education role is based at Oakwood High School, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S60 2UH. 32.5 hours a week, 1 year fixed term contract (maternity cover). Key duties: The successful Teacher of Religious Education will:
- Work within our Explore Learning Zone (Religious Studies, Geography, History and PSHE).
- Be expected to undertake duties in line with the Teachers Standards for qualified teachers.
About you: The successful Teacher of Religious Education should have:
- Qualified Teacher or NQT Status.
- Degree in relevant subject.
- Interest in practical/creative teaching.
- High competence in classroom management.
