Permanent Opportunity -we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/ PA to join our thriving organisation, working 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where no two days are the same.
With the current Office Manager leaving the business, you'll play a key role in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations while assisting the MD with all PA requirements.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of a busy and professional office
- Acting as the go-to person for all office related matters
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensuring health & safety, facilities and office processes are well managed
- Supporting employees booking holidays
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the workplace experience
- Full PA duties to the MD as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment who can handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication xgikmsk and stakeholder skills
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a positive attitude
- Experience ordering office suppliesand supporting business payments
