Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers - South Norfolk

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalised learning programmes in line with students' specific needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pupil progress and behaviour.
- Promote positive behaviour and social skills within the classroom setting.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience or a strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching and student engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive attitude towards professional development and inclusive education.
