About the Role
Supported Living Worker supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and additional needs in daily living, independence, and social activities.
- Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 p/hr (depending on experience)
- Location: Near Guildford
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, alternate weekends; part-time considered
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily routines like cooking, shopping and cleaning
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Joining in on activities like gym sessions, nature walks, and trips
- Helping tenants manage emotions with kindness and guidance
- Being a trusted companion and advocate for people who need you
