Position Details:
- Location: Banham, Norfolk
- Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) or part-time (4-day week), term time only
- Salary: £12.50 - £14/hr (Holiday pay included)

Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Prepare engaging learning materials and organise interactive activities.
- Provide hands-on support, addressing the emotional and physical needs of pupils.
- Encourage individual development, helping pupils engage meaningfully with the world around them.
- Support indoor and outdoor classroom activities, adapting to diverse pupil needs.
- Lead outdoor learning initiatives, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver creative lessons and maintain a clean, safe classroom.
SEN Teaching Assistant Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles, especially supporting pupils with Autism (desirable).
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and sharing ideas.
- A passion for supporting neurodiverse pupils, particularly those with Autism.
- Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or Autism is advantageous.
