Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalised learning programmes in line with students' specific needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pupil progress and behaviour.
  • Promote positive behaviour and social skills within the classroom setting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.
