Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects. Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH. Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants. Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality. Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development. Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, supporting their learning journey.
