Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects. Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH. Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants. Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality. Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development. Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, supporting their learning journey. Sen Teacher Requirements QTS or QTLS (essential); ECT’s are welcome to apply. Experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners. Proven ability to manage and support students with anxiety and SEMH needs. A creative, flexible approach to teaching tailored to individual learning styles. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required due to rural locations).
