New Opportunity: SEN LSA Temp to Perm Norfolk Inspire EHC is recruiting experienced and committed SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in primary mainstream and specialist school settings across Norfolk. These positions offer consistent part-time and full-time hours, with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for candidates who are a strong fit for the school. Your Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Adapt learning activities and resources to support pupil progress
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Support children with communication needs, SEMH, behavioural needs or learning difficulties

- Hours: Approximately 08:30 to 15:30

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport (school travel may be required)
- Experience supporting children with SEND in any setting
- A patient, resilient and supportive approach
- A genuine commitment to helping children succeed
What You Need to Start
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (support can be provided)
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience or qualifications in childcare or education (desirable)
- To provide at least two independent references
