New Opportunity: SEN LSA Temp to Perm (Part-Time 3-5 Days per Week) at King's Lynn Secondary School.

Inspire EHC is recruiting committed and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to support students across secondary mainstream and specialist school settings throughout Norfolk. These roles provide consistent part-time hours between 3 and 5 days per week, with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for candidates who are the right match for the school.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a variety of SEND needs
  • Adapt curriculum content and learning materials to support progress
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
  • Contribute to a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Support students with SEMH needs, communication differences, behavioural challenges or learning difficulties
  • Promote independence, confidence and engagement in learning
Contract Details
  • Contract type: Temp to perm
  • Days: Part-time, 3-5 days per week
  • Hours: Approximately 08:30 to 15:30 (subject to school timetable)
  • Age range: Secondary students
