Outreach Tutor β Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
- Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
- Position: SEN Tutor
- Hours: 15/30 hours p/week
- Salary: Β£20- 30 p/hr
- Contract: Ongoing
Responsibilities
- To re-engage our primary learners back into education
- Ensure safeguarding around our young, vulnerable learners is at the forefront
- Making sure our young learners feel safe and secure
- Provide our learners with the best possible platform for education
- Create and follow a pupil specific plan
- Plan and deliver education and emotional support in outreach provision
- Ensure pupil progress is recorded and shared with the necessary individuals
- Must have access to transport due to rural location near Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Requirements
- Experience in supporting primary learners
- Recognised De-escalation Training or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with children who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Experience working with young learners with undiagnosed needs
- Travel to a rural location near Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
