Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with SEMH needs within the classroom setting to facilitate effective learning.
- Implementing tailored learning programmes designed to meet individual student needs.

- Assisting with personal care and daily routines where necessary.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to track and document progress for each student.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Support Staff member, ideally within a SEN environment.
- Background working with children with SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to support different student needs.
- Good team player capable of working collaboratively with staff and external professionals.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
