Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, relevant PSHE lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils with SEMH needs
- Create a safe, trauma informed learning environment where pupils feel valued and heard
- Adapt teaching to individual needs, including EHCP targets and personalised plans
- Build strong, trusting relationships that support emotional regulation and personal growth
- Work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and pastoral staff to ensure holistic support

What We're Looking For
- QTS or QTLS (essential)
- Experience teaching PSHE, pastoral curriculum, or a related subject
- Understanding of SEMH needs, behaviour support strategies, and trauma‑informed practice
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage learners with complex emotional needs
- A creative, flexible approach to lesson planning and relationship‑building
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous but not essential)
