- Salary: £13.80 - £15 per hour (Inclusive of 12.07% Holiday Pay)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 15.30, Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities of the Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Support students with SEMH needs in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing tailored learning plans.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students to help them overcome barriers to learning.
- Promote a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
Requirements for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
- A relevant degree or qualification in education, psychology, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or ability to commute to near King's Lynn, Norfolk.
