At Inspire EHC, we are proud supporters of SEN Schools throughout Hertfordshire which keeps us on the lookout for British Sign Language (BSL) Specialist Staff. We are currently looking for additional staff who are passionate about supporting communication and inclusion for the deaf community. We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals with a strong background in British Sign Language (BSL) to join our team in Hertfordshire.

British Sign Language (BSL) Specialist Requirements:

  • Proven experience in British Sign Language (BSL)
  • BSL Level 2 or higher qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Commutable to various locations in Hertfordshire

British Sign Language (BSL) Specialist Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in social, educational, or health settings
  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Deaf cultural practices and community engagement
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
