We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Officer to work closely with our Assistant Principal Quality (APQ), Business Support Managers, and Heads of Faculties (HoF). This crucial role will provide essential support for the smooth running of our Quality, Teacher Training Programmes, and Digital Learning Faculties.
You will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Group policies, complaints, quality assurance systems, and the production of insightful reports and analyses. Your work will directly contribute to providing colleagues, both internally and externally, with key information regarding the quality of our students’ experience.
