We are looking for an analytical, relationship-focused Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team at Peterborough College. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial accuracy with people-focused support, helping budget holders understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.
Reporting to the Group Director of Finance, you will play a key part in strengthening financial understanding across the organisation. You will build strong relationships with managers, supporting them to navigate budgets, interpret data and improve financial outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting and training budget holders to understand their financial responsibilities and performance
- Helping prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and year-end information
- Completing month-end close procedures and ensuring accurate reconciliations
