About the Role
As a Lecturer, you\\\’ll deliver engaging and inclusive learning to students across a range of levels – from Entry Level to Higher Education. Your role will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, inspiring sessions using a range of teaching methods
- Creating and assessing SMART targets to support student progression
- Using technology and blended learning to enhance the curriculum
- Supporting and guiding students with their academic and career goals
- Contributing to course development and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a high standard of teaching, learning, and student success
You\’ll also be involved in recruitment, open days, learner support, and internal verification activities, playing a vital role in the growth and success of the department.
What We\’re Looking For
We\\\’re seeking someone who is:
- Qualified in teaching (Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent), or willing to work towards it
- Holds a relevant Level 3/4 qualification or degree in Health & Social Care or a related field
- Brings industry experience and up-to-date sector knowledge
- A motivator and role model for learners of all backgrounds and abilities
- Confident using technology and e-learning tools
- Organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality teaching
