Stamford College and Peterborough College are seeking a dedicated, accurate, and professional Group Lead for Exam Access Arrangements to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting the effective processing of exam access arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing timely assistance to students and staff.
In this key role, you will:

Work with the Group Assistant Head SENCO to ensure the timely provision of exam access arrangements across both colleges, ensuring students with disabilities or specific needs receive the appropriate support during exams.

Lead and manage a team of Exam Access Arrangement Coordinators and Assessors.

Work closely with faculty staff and exam boards to ensure a robust and efficient service.

Develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring compliance with funding targets.

Deliver training and guidance to staff on best practices and exam board requirements.

Build strong relationships with feeder schools and external agencies., * Make a Difference: Directly impact the lives of young people with diverse needs, working closely with a highly dedicated team.

Holds a Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent.
