What You\βll Be Doing
This is a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding role where you\βll:
- Work 1:1 with students to uncover their career goals and map out their next steps
- Deliver engaging, practical workshops on employability, job searching, CV writing, LinkedIn and interview skills
- Champion career-related events and national campaigns like National Careers Week
- Support learners through university and UCAS applications β reviewing personal statements and boosting confidence
- Build relationships with local employers, guest speakers and community groups to connect students to opportunities
- Use digital tools to guide learners through today\βs ever-changing job market
- Track your impact β because what you do will make a difference

What You\βll Need
- Level 3 qualification (minimum)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4+)
- A careers or IAG qualification (Level 3 or higher)
- A strong background in customer service, careers support, employability, or education
