We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Newark.
Location: NG24 2NH
Rate of Pay: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
- Motivating the team to keep everyone on task
- Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Assisting with paperwork when required
- Monitoring of health and safety
- Managing of up to 20 team members
