Supporting young people in entering the workforce
Designed specifically for individuals aged 16-24 working in entry-level administrative roles who support the day-to-day running of an organisation.
Administration Assistants can work within all sectors and industries including all sizes of organisations from small to large businesses.
Assistant Administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across the public, private and third sector.
Duties Include
- Carry out routine administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to help the organisation operate effectively.
- Use digital systems, software packages, and office tools to input, process, and maintain information.
- Manage and organise documents and records.
- Handle data accurately and securely in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Communicate information effectively with colleagues, managers, customers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record management.
