The Role

We’re looking for a talented Associate / Senior Architect with proven job-running experience to lead projects and the team from inception to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Run jobs confidently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to other team members.
• Ensure all work meets UK building regulations, standards, and industry best practice.
• Registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience in the UK.
• Excellent job-running skills and proven leadership ability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of the UK construction industry and building regulations.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
