We have a vacancy for a KS4 Physics Curriculum Resource Writer. This position will be line managed by the Director of Maths and Science, and will be awarded via a SRA. The vacancy will be a fixed term position. Work will need to be completed outside working hours, and the SRA will be £4,500.
What You’ll Be Doing
- To plan, develop and resource high-quality KS4 physics lessons, including producing slides, accompanying worksheets with answers and guidance for teachers.
- You will work alongside the current Physics Specialist Subject Lead to ensure the materials synthesise with the resources already produced and are of the format and standard expected by Trust teachers.
Essential
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Excellent subject knowledge and expertise
- Secondary teaching experience
- Proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes
- GCSE exam specifications
- Subject-specific current research and evidence-based practice in teaching
- Experience of curriculum development and design
Desirable
- Experience of primary teaching and/or A Level teaching
