Inspiration Trust’s Hethersett Academy in Norwich seeks an Assistant Head of Year to champion behaviour, attendance and student achievement within the assigned year group.

You will work with the Head of Year, tutors and the inclusion team to foster positive Behaviour and resilience, supporting pupils to thrive.

You will have substantial pastoral experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently, building relationships with pupils, families and staff.
