Inspiration Trust’s Hethersett Academy in Norwich is seeking a reliable Behaviour Officer to supervise pupils temporarily removed from lessons.
You’ll support reintegration and liaise with families, contributing to a calm, inclusive environment and consistent behaviour expectations across the academy.
Experience in education preferred; GCSE Maths/English; NVQ Level 3 or DSL training; you will work 37 hours per week during term-time (39 weeks) across Monday to Friday.
