You will promote reading for pleasure, champion independent learning, and provide access to high-quality resources for all pupils, including disadvantaged, EAL, or reluctant readers.
Work with teaching and pastoral teams, develop programmes, and coordinate Sixth Form Reading Mentors to boost literacy and curiosity.
