Job Purpose (Role Definition) To be responsible for the safe movement of stock and materials around the warehouses, to accurately store goods received, to pick goods from Service Calls/Warehouse Transfers to dispatch stock/devices and to maintain stock accuracy to set targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the accurate and timely picking of Service call Parts and Warehouse Transfer, works orders, ensuring any shortages or other discrepancies are raised and resolved, prior to the moving on of the job and ensuring the accurate implementation of data onto the company computer system.
- Provide the accurate and timely provision of new product against Non-Conforming materials, ensuring the accurate and timely updating on the company computer system.
- Responsible for the unboxing, decontamination, booking of returned customer devices.
- Carry out daily/weekly cycle counts, to ensure accuracy of stock held in Stores warehouse, is maintained to set targets and company computer system is accurately maintained.
- Responsible for the management group demonstration stock, including but not limited to preparing demo requests, booking back demo stock, and carrying out annual audit on demo stock.
- Ensuring that all stock/devices held in the Service Warehouse department is put away safely, tidily, in the correct stock location and that any overflow stock is clearly identified and labelled.
- Identify and communicate any obvious low stock levels of stock, to the Purchasing on an ongoing basis.
- Inform Purchasing of stock levels of packaging materials which will need checking on an ongoing basis.
- Arrange as required collections and deliveries in a timely fashion using appropriate couriers/carriers.
- Ensure all Despatches documentation is correctly processed through the company computer system and are accurately recorded for potential future reference.
- Provide Service Administrators with information using third party consignment tracking systems to enable them to perform Proof of Delivery enquiries with carriers on behalf of the customers.
- Ensure that Service Administrators are advised (by start of next working day) of any shipment not collected.
- To receive and check the numerical quantity of goods delivered, is aligned with the quantity of goods ordered by purchasing and the ERP system; advise discrepancies, damages or defects to Purchasing/QA/Service manager, as required.
- Assist in managing/transferring parts in Quarantine area.
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
- Taking responsibility for a company's freight and assets by reporting any suspicious activity at work.
- Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors.
- Order Fulfilment picking, packing, and labelling items for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
Equipment Operation: Experience with or willingness to learn, for example, forklift operation.
Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Ensure all company Health & Safety rules are strictly adhered to, at all times. Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Carry out any other duties as may be required by the Company from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Mandatory: Warehouse experience, Warehouse stock management experience.
- Desirable: Good basic IT skills, Knowledge and application of PRIORITY or other ERP systems, Capable of lifting heavy goods.
