Our portfolio includes leading fashion marketplaces like Italist, HEWI and Verishop, affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and MyBestBrands, B2B technology solutions like Bonsai, and niche marketplaces in the Creator and Construction spaces like Everpress and DOZR.
The Role: In this fullātime, remoteāfirst role in the USA, you'll partner with our VIP customers (high netāworth individuals and celebrities) to onboard them to our portfolio companies and ensure they have a delightful customer journey. Customers can consign their preāloved luxury/designer items to be sold by us through HEWI, and then replace those products with the latestāseason inventory from Italist. You'll build a book of business and guide customers through their journey with us from end to end.
Things You'll Work On:
- Business Development: source and onboard new customers to the ICG ecosystem, building and expanding a book of business with VIP customers spending >$40,000 annually.
- Luxury Consignment: help customers monetize their closet; review products, determine best items to sell, coordinate shipment, and communicate throughout authentication and selling.
- New/Next Season Purchasing: act as a personal shopper to find deals and curate wardrobes, balancing client style with current trends.
- Escalated Tier 1 Customer Support: serve as the dedicated point of contact and escalation for any VIP customer issues.
