About Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG): We’re a team of ~50 people who’ve done 6 acquisitions in 18 months and scaled from $0 to >$100M in revenue. We’re a global group with businesses across the US, UK, and EU. We buy and build companies that help people find and buy the products they love. Our portfolio includes leading fashion marketplaces like Italist, HEWI and Verishop, affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and MyBestBrands, B2B technology solutions like Bonsai, and niche marketplaces in the Creator and Construction spaces like Everpress and DOZR.
About This Role: We’re looking for an Intern - Personal Shopping/Fashion Marketing to join our team for a 3 month paid internship (with the potential to be extended). In this role you'll work with our VIP customers, who are often high net-worth individuals from around the world, to help them find and buy the brands and fashion products they love. Paid, 20-40 hours per week (flexible) for a 3 month period. It has the potential to convert into a part-time or full-time role.
What You’ll Do:
- Personal Shopping: you'll help recommend products to our VIP customers based on their past orders and purchasing history, making it easy for them to be inspired and discover new finds from the brands they love.
- Product Edits/Curation: you'll support our Marketing team in curating landing pages and pulling products to feature in emails/social media.
- Creator Partnerships: you'll help coordinate and manage partnerships and collaborations with various creators that we work with.
About You: You have a passion for fashion and have either worked in the luxury space or have done a lot of shopping for designer brands. You are confident in your understanding of the latest fashion trends — you know what's going viral on TikTok, which brands are hot (and not), and what colours/patterns/styles are in the spotlight.
Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to be done and take accountability, even for tasks that aren’t officially “yours.”
Startup Environment: You enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic environment where things move fast and processes evolve quickly. You are okay with some things being very structured, and others being a little loose. You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with team members around the world.
What We Can Offer You: An opportunity to learn and grow more than you have in any of your previous roles! We are scaling quickly, and there's an incredible amount of work to be done on all fronts. We are a lean, scrappy team where everyone wears multiple hats and works closely together. You'll be able to work on projects and initiatives that interest you and expand your scope. A flexible, remote work environment where you’ll have a lot of freedom and flexibility. We hire adults and treat them like adults. The chance to have a meaningful impact on a business and see the results of your work.
