An exciting development opportunity has arisen for a Trainee IT Technician to join our IT team supporting the effective operation of our services and providing support to our centres throughout Cumbria and Lancashire. The focus of the role is to provide an efficient and professional support service for the IT infrastructure for Inspira in order to facilitate the smooth and effective operation of the service.
Qualifications
- Recent experience or knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10 Operating System, Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Office applications and developing database and web-based technologies.
- Use of database technologies including Sybase, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and MS Server operating Systems, IP based networking, DNS, WINS & Cat 5/6 cabling structures.
- Willingness to be able to research and implement new IT technologies.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
