About The Role
The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) owns the end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, including new customer onboarding and existing customer rollouts of new products or capabilities. This role is accountable for project governance, timelines, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and go-live readiness, ensuring implementations are delivered predictably, efficiently, and with high quality.
