About Inspectorio
Inspectorio is the leading AI‑powered supply chain platform optimizing performance, building resilience, and providing intelligence across production chains for global brands, retailers, and their multi‑tier suppliers. Our innovative platform seamlessly connects and digitizes supply chain processes to optimize decision‑making, while providing real‑time visibility and control over production chain operations. Today, Inspectorio is used by over 12,000 customers, including some of the largest brands and retailers in the world.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Safety Strategy & Go‑to‑Market Lead to join our Center of Excellence for Traceability, Sustainability, and Product Compliance. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory expertise and commercial impact — helping brands and retailers build credible, scalable product safety programmes while shaping how Inspectorio grows and wins in this space. You will define our go‑to‑market approach for product safety and quality, support business development conversations, translate complex compliance requirements into practical client solutions, and help position Inspectorio as the partner of choice for brands navigating an increasingly demanding regulatory environment. This is a cross‑functional role with direct exposure to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — as well as external clients and prospects.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands‑on knowledge of product safety, quality assurance, and global supply chains with the strategic thinking and commercial instinct to turn that expertise into market impact. You are equally comfortable in a client conversation as you are defining a programme framework. You may come from a consultancy, a testing and certification body, a lab agency, or a brand‑side advisory function — and you are ready to help build something.
What you’ll do
- Domain Expertise & Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert on product safety and quality within consumer goods and hardlines. Bring practical knowledge of production environments, inspection processes, and safety considerations across the supply chain. Provide guidance on product integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance best practices. Monitor industry and regulatory trends impacting product safety and quality, helping translate them into actionable insights.
- CoE Development & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Contribute to shaping the focus areas, structure, and operating model of the CoE. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure alignment between market needs and internal priorities. Support the integration of product safety and quality perspectives into broader traceability and sustainability initiatives. Participate in events and selected customer conversations as a subject matter expert. Support commercial teams in navigating complex product safety and quality discussions. Help strengthen our credibility in the market through insights, frameworks, and thought leadership.
- Knowledge & Enablement: Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, enablement materials, and best practice guidance. Help ensure product safety and quality knowledge is structured, accessible, and consistently understood across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product safety, quality, compliance, consulting, or related roles within consumer goods, hardlines, or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of production and supply chain processes.
- Experience engaging with inspection agencies, labs, manufacturers, or quality assurance teams.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑workstream, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Passion for sustainability, traceability, and responsible supply chains.
- Curious, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
