ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating global sales growth.
The position is responsible for managing and expanding an existing portfolio of retailers and distributors while driving significant new business growth.
Key responsibilities include identifying, securing, and developing new distribution opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across global markets.
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with exceptional resilience, discipline, and determination, someone who excels at opening new accounts, cultivating strong customer relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by achieving ambitious growth targets in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver agreed sales and profit targets across assigned international territories.
- Identify, develop and secure new retail, distributor and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to increase distribution, market share and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of international retailers and distributors.
- Build strong customer relationships and maximise commercial performance across key accounts.
- Work closely with Operations on forecasting and planning activities, and with Product Development to optimise collections for local markets.
- Represent Inspecs at international trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities to support future growth objectives.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proven success in international business development and opening new markets.
- Concise and inspiring communicator, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills across different cultures.
- Experience managing international retailers, distributors and commercial partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
LOCATION
Ideally based in the UK, but European location would be considered. Regular international travel, including visits to the UK.
