Insomnia Cookies started as a big dream in a tiny university dorm room in Philadelphia, creating a community around warm, delicious delivery.

We’re excited to bring our late-night favorite to Toronto and are actively interviewing candidates for the DELIVERY DRIVER role at our Canadian flagship store adjacent to Queens University.

Responsibilities

  • Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
  • Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner, in person or by phone as needed.
  • Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions.
  • Use Insomnia’s delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Qualifications

  • Must own a vehicle
  • Must have insurance in your own name
  • Must have a recent, clear driving abstract from MTO
  • Must have a minimum G2 license with 2 years driving experience
  • Read and write fluent English and be able to perform simple math calculations for customer payments
  • Knowledge of the 5 km radius around York University is a plus
  • Must have a lit topper on the car while on the clock
