Responsibilities

Constant High Performance: We seek KAMs who are self-motivated and deliver outstanding results, with a track record of success in various previous roles and companies. Experience includes success during product launches as well as successes thereafter. These candidates set ambitious goals, build strong internal and external relationships, and consistently meet or exceed expectations. KAMs should be comfortable in a hospital specialty care setting, in a competitive market and be striving to deliver a market leading sales performanceCultural/Values Alignment – Patient Focus, Collaboration, Humility, etc.: We seek candidates who are committed to making a positive impact on patients. We also seek someone who prioritizes teamwork and collaboration. They are proactive in sharing successes, learning experiences, and strategies across territory boundaries and cross functionally when appropriate eg with medical. High emotional intelligence and self-awareness are crucial traits for cross-functional collaboration.Sales, Medical & Payor Competence: KAMs are outcome focussed with a strong drive for results. Focus on excellent execution, effective strategy adaptation to address different challenges and circumstances, and effective resource utilization when working with HCPs, MDT’s & Payors. They regularly take time for planning and strategy, leveraging different perspectives to achieve or exceed set goals. They value high clinical knowledge to stand out from other sales professionals. They understand the market and stay ahead of current trends and thoughts. KAMs are equally skilled differentiating Brands clinically with HCPs within Trusts aswell as removing barriers to access or developing a positive Payor environment to enable sales growth at either Trust or ICB/ICS level. KAMs will understand the link and inter-play between primary and specialty care arena’s.Strong Communication and Emotional Intelligence: A KAM with us must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential customers through various channels (F2F, email, Online-Meeting), understand their needs, and gain their commitment to prescribing our product. A KAM should be able to articulate their thoughts clearly, actively listen to others, and adapt their communication style to different audiences. Attitude, confidence, and the ability to appropriately challenge a customer\’s beliefs are critical. They are naturally collaborative and willingly share ideas across territory boundaries.Problem-Solving in the Face of Challenges: The KAM with us plays a crucial role in providing tailored solutions to our customers\’ specific needs. Key responsibilities include identifying suitable patients, consultative selling, and being solution-oriented to overcome challenges in a dynamic market. The KAM actively listens to identify suitable patients, understands the customer\’s mindset and management strategy, and connects the dots to ensure patients are appropriately treated. KAMs have knowledge & recent experience of launching into an evolved NHS, securing local access & driving uptake / sales pull-through.Learning Ability, Growth Mindset: The KAM approaches everything with an open, growth-oriented mindset. This includes a high degree of accountability for their professional development, including high learning ability and personal responsibility for successes and learning experiences. They are solution-oriented and proactively find ways to overcome challenges and problems. We seek candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, determination, and a positive attitude. It is important that a candidate remains calm through challenging sales cycles – whether in high/low volume or short/long & complex.Education and Experience

  • Experienced Pharmaceutical account manager with launch experience
  • Respiratory and rare/orphan experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of NHS environment and policy, inc. Individual Funding Requests (IFR)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
  • Degree level education
  • Valid driver’s license
