Content Marketing Manager

We\’re seeking an enthusiastic Content Marketing Manager

Our mission is to digitalise and connect the $4 trillion insurance industry to reduce the cost of insurance for customers and help them access better insurance services. We are an insurance SaaS software provider with a global reach. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads. This role involves managing content creation, overseeing social media channels, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital marketing.

About the role

In this role you will:

1. Develop and implement content strategies.
2. Manage the workflow of content from idea to publishing.
3. Manage and update social media profiles, mainly LinkedIn.
4. Oversee CRM management (Hubspot).
5. Create and edit marketing materials.
6. Conduct market research.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
8. Coordinate and manage relationships with freelancers and external partners in content writing and SEO.
9. Create and distribute marketing emails and newsletters.
10. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Skills you will need to have:

• Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and marketing tools.
• Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
