My client is a well-known accountancy practice that is seeking an experienced US Corporate Tax Senior to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of US clients while advancing your career with a leading multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit firm.
Location: London Office, W1T
Salary: Up to £45,000!
What You'll Do:
- Client Portfolio Management - Take ownership of US client relationships, handling all aspects of tax compliance and relationship management
- Tax Return Preparation - Prepare and review comprehensive US tax returns with precision and attention to detail
- Strategic Advisory - Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive tax advice and addressing client needs professionally
- Collaborative Leadership - Support the Manager and Director in delivering market-leading advice to US connected clients in the UK
- Team Development - Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members
- Project Management - Effectively manage workload to ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables
What I'm Looking For:
- A strong background in US tax laws, regulations, and compliance
- Knowledge of partnerships and corporate tax, including PFIC analysis, Forms 1065, 1120, 5472 and 8865 (preferred but not required in all areas)
- US Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction
- UK tax technical knowledge is preferred but not required
