Tax Advisory Manager | ACA/CTA | Proven Track Record in Complex Restructuring
My client are one of the fastest-growing Top 30 accountancy firms in the UK. They host a forward thinking environment for business advisors and accountants – with over 30 years of experience they've honed their skills and developed their services offering to deliver a much wider range of bespoke support and advice to ambitious business owners and their businesses. They have an exciting role for a Tax Advisory Assistant Manager/Manager in their Northampton office.
Job Title: Tax Advisory Assistant Manager – Manager
Location: Northampton Office, NN4
Salary: Up to £55,000!
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working within the Tax team, CSD's and wider team to grow the tax advisory offering
- Travelling to other offices to visit the internal team to develop their advisory offering
- Spotting opportunities within the team and help develop junior staff
- Managing own flow of work and delegating appropriately
- Implementation of projects in support of Tax Directors and CSD's
- Responding to internal tax queries from other departments
- Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities
About You:
I am looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of advisory experience
- Mixed tax experience with a steer to corporate tax
- ACA / CTA qualified or equivalent
- Have a solid advisory background within Practice
- Previous client facing experience would be advantageous
- Ability to learn and develop own knowledge
- Good communication skills
