As an Audit Supervisor, you'll work across a broad portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs, gaining exposure to a wide range of sectors while developing your technical and leadership skills. What you'll be doing:
- Leading statutory audit assignments from planning through to completion.
- Managing audit fieldwork, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performing audit planning, risk assessments and identifying key audit areas.
- Designing and reviewing substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing coaching and constructive feedback.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements together with audit reports.
- Producing audit completion documentation, including audit highlights reports for senior management.
- Reviewing forecasts, sensitivity analysis and challenging key assumptions.
- Completing adjusted and unadjusted differences schedules and reassessing audit risk throughout engagements.
- Liaising with internal tax specialists regarding tax provisions and compliance matters.
