What you'll be doing Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies across a diverse client base Producing consolidated accounts for small and medium-sized groups Preparing corporation tax returns and supporting tax compliance work Reviewing VAT returns and assisting with client queries Producing management information to support business decision-making Managing your own workload, deadlines, and planning effectively Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships Supporting junior team members with technical guidance where required Assisting with external audit queries and wider project work What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in practice ACA / ACCA qualified or actively working towards qualification Strong technical grounding with a proactive approach to development Confident user of Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Xero (essential) Exposure to systems such as IRIS, Sage 50, QuickBooks or Alpha (desirable) Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Able to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset What's on offer Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Hybrid and flexible working arrangements in London 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service Study support towards ACA / ACCA qualification Private healthcare and wellbeing benefits Enhanced pension contributions Free parking and modern office facilities in London Clear progression pathways within a growing accountancy practice
