We're working with a highly respected accountancy practice that's continuing to invest in its Private Client Global Mobility team. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Manager who enjoys technically challenging work, values client relationships and is keen to progress within a genuine specialist environment.

You'll advise an impressive portfolio of HNW individuals, senior executives, entrepreneurs, private equity professionals and internationally mobile clients, helping them navigate complex UK and cross-border tax matters. The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of internationally mobile private clients and expatriates.
  • Preparing and reviewing complex UK personal tax returns.
  • Advising on UK residence, domicile and statutory residence matters.
  • Overseas Workday Relief (OWR) and double tax treaty analysis.
  • Foreign tax credit relief and cross-border employment tax issues.
  • Tax planning for internationally mobile executives and HNW individuals.
  • Advising on equity-based remuneration, including share awards and carried interest.
  • Supporting clients with UK tax compliance arising from international mobility.
  • Assisting Partners on complex advisory projects.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional level of service.
  • Coaching and supporting junior members of the team.

About You

You'll already have experience within Private Client Tax, International Tax or Global Mobility, with a genuine interest in advising internationally mobile individuals. Ideally you'll be:

  • ATT qualified and studying towards CTA, or CTA qualified.
  • Experienced in managing your own portfolio.
  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients.
  • Technically strong across UK personal tax.
  • Keen to continue developing within a specialist Private Client Global Mobility team.
