The Role: I am on the hunt for a Private Client Tax Manager to join my clients fantastic Personal Tax team. This manager role is primarily compliance focused, with responsibility for managing a portfolio of private clients and ensuring their tax affairs are handled accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You'll work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. As a Manager, you'll also play an important part in supporting and developing junior members of the team, helping to maintain a positive working environment and a reputation for quality and care in everything we do.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of private client tax compliance work
- Reviewing personal tax returns to ensure accuracy and technical quality
- Acting as a reliable and approachable point of contact for clients
- Supporting trainees and more junior team members
- Working closely with partners, directors and colleagues within the Personal Tax team
- Helping to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered efficiently
While the role is compliance led, there may be occasional exposure to advisory work, depending on your experience and interests.
