A leading and growing accountancy firm is looking to appoint an experienced Tax Disputes Manager to join its expanding tax team in Leeds. The Role
You will manage a varied portfolio of tax disputes and HMRC enquiries, working closely with clients to provide commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex HMRC enquiries, investigations and tax disputes.
- Advising individuals and businesses on contentious tax matters.
- Handling HMRC correspondence, information requests and negotiations.
- Supporting clients through settlements, disclosures, appeals and other dispute resolution processes.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working closely with Partners and senior team members on complex cases.
- Identifying opportunities to support existing clients and contribute to business development.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
