A fantastic exclusive opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join our rapidly expanding property services company in the building and construction sector based in Luton.

The Company: Our client is experiencing substantial growth and requires a driven Finance Manager/Management Accountant to support their ambitious expansion plans. Working directly with the Finance Director, you'll play a crucial role in the company's continued success.

The Role:

  • Full month end management accounting with P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate financial performance reviews with executive leadership
  • Administer cross-divisional financial transactions and allocations
  • Supervise cash management and expenditure control processes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a small finance team
