Due to growth I am supporting a leading construction company based in Farringdon who are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of document management processes, support project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and join a fantastic business with an excellent company culture., * Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards.

Oversee risk assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation is recorded and up to date.

Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), tracking responses and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Prepare, update, and manage Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manuals) for project handovers.

Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including emails, reports, and project coordination.

Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily accessible through document management systems.

Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure document control processes run efficiently.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of risk assessments, RFIs, and O&M manuals.
