Are you a pensions industry expert ready to lead service excellence for multi-million member portfolios? A leading global organisation is seeking a collaborative, commercially driven leader to head up its pensions administration operations and drive strategic client relationships.
In this high-impact role, you'll:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex defined benefit and hybrid pension scheme administration for major institutional clients.
- Lead, mentor, and empower expert teams to deliver best-in-class service, ensuring meticulous compliance with UK regulations and outstanding client experience.
- Drive commercial outcomes, spearhead operational improvements, and play a key role in portfolio growth and new business initiatives.
