Corporate Tax Senior to join its growing tax team in Cambridge.

The Role
As a Corporate Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Preparing and reviewing Corporation Tax Returns for a wide range of businesses.
- Assisting with corporate tax advisory projects, including group restructures, capital allowances, R&D tax relief, share schemes and transactions.
- Supporting clients with tax planning opportunities and helping them remain compliant with UK tax legislation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Liaising with HMRC regarding client matters where required.
- Working closely with Managers and Partners on more complex tax assignments.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team.
- Keeping up to date with changes in UK tax legislation and applying technical knowledge to client work.
- Collaborating with colleagues across audit, accounts and business advisory teams to deliver joined-up client solutions.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have
- ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice specialising in Corporate Tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Corporation Tax compliance.
- Exposure to corporate tax advisory work would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to continue developing both technically and professionally.
