The Role:
- You'll play a key part in delivering tax compliance and advisory services, working across a broad range of technical areas, including:
- Preparation of corporate tax returns.
- Managing compliance affairs for a varied portfolio of OMB clients.
- Advising on complex tax matters such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, reconstructions, demergers, share schemes, and EIS/SEIS.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting advisory work.
- Liaising with HMRC and responding to enquiries.
- Ensuring timely filing of Corporation Tax Returns in line with firm procedures.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
About You:
- CTA qualification (essential).
- Experience in a professional practice environment.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses.
- Knowledge of corporate and non-corporate tax interactions (advantageous).
- Strong technical and IT skills.
